LIVE IN CARE

Live-in-care provides flexibility when, a individual needs support  around the house at various times throughout the day including day or night to help carry out any activities. The indivdual will be able to choose a different agenda each day so no two days need to be the same. The daily tasks of everyday living can be carried out by the carer but they can also support with other activities if required.

Arranging your live-in-care service

You will firstly need to get in touch with us to arrange a visit as this will give you the opportunity to talk to us face to face and explore options. In partnership with you and support networks you choose to be involved in your care we will develop a care plan this will also include safety and risk assessments. We will then only move onto the next stage if you are entirely happy with the service.

Our care coordinator carefully matches clients and care workers on the following basis:

• Do we feel the client and care worker are well matched in terms of personality?

• Does the care worker have the appropriate experience and skills required?

• Is the care worker prepared to be assigned to the client on a permanent basis?

Once the important client /care worker matching criteria has been satisfied, the care worker will be contacted and assigned to the client. However, all our clients are asked their opinion once they have met the care worker. but it will not stop there After a short settling in period the supervisor will you and your Personal Assistant to start getting to know one another.The supervisor will keep in contact with you on a regular basis to make sure everything is running
